It depends on what you want to develop:

• If you want to understand how OutSystems works and want to build an app with a small number of end-users, Free can get you started.

• If you want to develop an app or multiple apps that a department or several departments can use, Standard is probably best for you.

• If you plan to create a portfolio of apps or even multiple portfolios and extend them across your whole organization, Enterprise should be your choice.

You also have the option to start with the Free, move to Standard, and then upgrade to Enterprise if your development really takes off.
