In Ho Chi Minh City, BnK Solution established its first branch, commencing operations with a sole member. The branch dedicated its efforts exclusively to the "Digital Banking for CIMB" project.

In 2019, BnK Solution embarked on a path of strategic collaborations with industry giants like OutSystem and Odoo, forging powerful alliances that spanned geographical boundaries and opened new vistas of opportunity. The company's dynamic workforce, characterized by enthusiasm and proactive dedication, emerged as the driving force behind a reputation synonymous with customer-centric excellence.

Furthermore, in a pivotal move, BnK established its presence in Hanoi, the esteemed capital of Vietnam, a strategic foothold that saw the team swell to 40 talented individuals. This expansion solidified BnK's local influence and began promising partnerships with the esteemed Japanese market, setting the stage for unprecedented growth and innovation.

In 2020, BnK Solution expanded its office in Hanoi, growing its team to 100 employees. This year also marked the company's significant venture into deploying software solutions for clients across Europe, America, and Australia.

Notable projects for BnK Solution included partnering with TCS for Bank, collaborating with UIPath and Axway, becoming an official vendor of GE Factory, and delivering RPA and BI solutions to Eximbank. Additionally, BnK Solution served as an offshore partner for Hucke-Media and provided the TeamCenter Solution for VinSmart.

In 2021, BnK Solution executed major projects, including OutSystems for 1MG and Vinhomes, and established a Low-Code team in Da Nang. The company also developed a Mobile App for MBAL, reinforcing its importance to customers and clients as a Coworking Partner with ScandIt.

During the COVID-19 outbreak, BnK Solution demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility by donating $21,000 to the National Vaccine Fund for COVID-19 Prevention. Additionally, the company supported employees and their families affected by the virus and sponsored meals for frontline healthcare workers.

BnK Solution further expanded by opening a new office in Vinh City, creating job opportunities for people in the Central region and supporting the local workforce. This expansion increased the company's workforce to 180 employees.

In 2022, BnK Solution achieved significant milestones, including delivering over 100 projects, expanding its workforce to 280 employees, and establishing the BnK AI Lab. The company also partnered with global tech leaders and was honored in UNESCO Vietnam's TOP 10 cultural enterprises.

BnK Solution further expanded its global presence by establishing a branch in Japan and entering the Japanese market with a team of 250 employees and engineers. This year, a campaign was also launched to transform how workers from the Central region of Vietnam approach overseas labor opportunities.

In 2023, BnK Solution reached new heights of achievement and innovation. Demonstrating leadership in the Internet of Things, BnK Solution delivered cutting-edge IoT solutions, setting new industry standards.

As AI pioneers, the establishment of the AI LLM solidified its position as a trailblazer in artificial intelligence. Earning the prestigious ISO/IEC 27001:2023 ISMS certification reaffirmed BnK's commitment to the highest information security management standards.

Strengthening its global footprint, BnK Solution established a new branch in Japan, enhancing its capacity to serve clients worldwide and foster cross-cultural innovation. Finally, with a Singapore branch in the works, BnK Solution further extends its international presence and influence.

2024 marked a significant step forward for BnK Solution in many aspects. The company successfully achieved the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management. This reaffirms BnK Solution's strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards in product and service quality for its customers. Additionally, the opening of a new branch in Singapore has ushered in a new chapter in the company's global development journey, enabling BnK Solution to access and serve the Asia-Pacific market more effectively.

Beyond focusing on quality and expanding its scale, BnK Solution also achieved success in technological innovation with the introduction of the On-Premises Chatbot Software, an advanced conversational AI solution built on the Large Language Model (LLM) platform. This product offers customers intelligent and efficient interaction capabilities while ensuring absolute data security when deployed directly within their own systems. These notable achievements in 2024 demonstrate BnK Solution's strategic development orientation, focus on quality, and continuous efforts in providing advanced technology solutions.

2025 is proving to be a landmark year for BnK Solution, with a significant focus on Artificial Intelligence. A key highlight thus far has been the launch of BnK IDP: Intelligent Document Processing using cognitive AI. This innovative solution has quickly gained recognition, culminating in the prestigious Sao Khue Award 2025 under the category of “New Products, Solutions, Software, and Services.”
