At BnK Solutions, we believe in the power of moments. Moments that bring people together, ignite creativity, and spread enthusiasm. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting "The BnK Moments" photo contest as part of our Bonding Activity 2023. In this blog post, we take a moment to reflect on this exciting event and share some of the highlights from the contest.

Capturing the Essence of BnK.

"The BnK Moments" photo contest was all about capturing the essence of our community. It was an opportunity for our members to freeze-frame those special moments during the Bonding Activity 2023 that define us as a team and showcase the energy that makes BnK Solutions unique.

"The BnK Moments" photo contest welcomed participation from all BnK members, regardless of their photography expertise. However, we encouraged entries that aligned with our two key criteria:

1. Compelling Content: Each submission was required to include a caption that added depth and context to the photo, enhancing the narrative.

2. Meaningful Messaging: Entrants were encouraged to convey a meaningful message through their submissions, aiming to resonate with and inspire viewers.

A Journey Through the Contest

Let's take a journey through some of the memorable entries that gave us a glimpse into the heart of BnK Solutions:

Entry Title: "Small People, In a Big Project"

"Proud to be Vietnamese, small in stature but with big ideals."

Entry Title: "Youthful Memories"

"In life's journey, we encounter crossroads, milestones, and unforgettable memories. Regardless of the length or brevity of our paths, they always leave us with cherished memories. There are moments of joy and moments of sorrow, just like the road that alternates between sunshine and rain.

Certainly, Bonding Activity 2023, for me personally and all of us, the BnK-ers, was a journey filled with laughter and happiness, etching deep memories into our subconscious minds. We know that together, we created an incredible journey, and the smiles on our faces will forever be etched in our memories.

So that one day, when we look back, we will cherish this time, recalling the photos, the films we saw, the sounds we heard, and how our bodies and souls immersed themselves deeply into these memories. We will tuck them away in our treasured memory storage."

Contestant: Liên Quân

Entry Title: "TEAM LIÊN QUÂN"

"Gazing at the sky, the land, the clouds, and at everyone else, all seem beautiful, while I consider our Liên Quân team adorable." Liên Quân, in my eyes, is endearing because of the humorous and witty antics of the BDM team, or the "warm outside but hot inside" sayings from the DCA and CEO office gentlemen, alongside the PMO, TSO team, which is far from their calm outward appearances. And let's not forget the vibrant external-facing nature of the HCD team.

True to the team's name, amidst the diversity of personalities, fields, and roles, the photo taken during this MBA bonding activity represents a common goal - to come together, enjoy, and strive for the continued growth and success of BnK.

Entry Title: "Danse de Ballerine"

"Eyes meet eyes.

For ballet dancers, dance is often more than just expressing emotions. Sometimes, a dance is a way to let the world know, 'I am here; watch me traverse this world.' They are craving attention, desiring admiring glances, and wanting the entire world to acknowledge that they are immersed in the most marvelous moments, the highest peaks of emotions, in this extraordinary BnK bonding journey.

The graceful movements, the whimsical smiles, akin to swans casting a gentle fire amidst the dark skies, only to be eventually engulfed by the radiant brilliance.

All of it, for this journey, for these individuals."

The Spirit of Camaraderie

Through these photos, we witnessed the spirit of camaraderie that runs deep within our BnK community. Whether it was a candid shot of team members working together or a group photo filled with smiles, each entry radiated the warmth and togetherness that define us.

Spreading Enthusiasm Worldwide

While the contest was a fun and creative endeavour, it also served a broader purpose. By sharing these photos, we spread the enthusiasm and energy of BnK Solutions members to every corner of the globe. Our passion for our work was on full display, inspiring others along the way.

Celebrating the Winners

Of course, we couldn't have a contest without winners. Here's a shout-out to our talented photographers who captured "The BnK Moments" with exceptional skill and creativity:

• The most impressive photo award, with an outstanding score of 96 from the Leadership Board, based on the criteria of "Meaningful Message - Unique Moments," goes to the BDM team for their entry: "BDM All 'S.T.A.R'."

In this moment, BDM wants to convey the message of "S.T.A.R" - Synergy. Trust. Alliance. Results. These four words are our guiding principles as BDM members, dedicated to giving our all at BnK Solution.

Synergy: Throughout our work, we create synergy when team members collaborate to achieve results more remarkable than what individuals can achieve alone.

Trust: As BDM members, we place absolute trust in each other. Trust is essential to create a team working environment where members feel comfortable contributing, showcasing their abilities, and sharing their ideas.

Alliance: To work most effectively, all team members share a common goal, striving to bring maximum value. Whether the choice is right or wrong, we trust to journey together towards the future.

Results: This is the ultimate goal of any team, not just BDM. On the path towards the final results, we also cherish the moments and time spent together.

• The award for the Most Engaged Article, with an exceptional number of likes and shares on our social media platform, goes to the BU1 team for their entry, with a very "interesting" name: "Only Men Can Bring Happiness to Each Other"

"Hello, everyone! It's BU01 again.

"Life is a series of journeys" - Some journeys are simple, with the sole purpose of getting from one place to another. But there are journeys that go beyond just reaching a destination; they are about experiencing the lasting echoes of emotions within each individual. These journeys cannot be measured by distance travelled or material worth, for the most accurate gauge lies in each person's perception.

We want to thank Bonding Activity 2023 - "MBA - Movement Beyond Areas" for bringing us new and beautiful emotions. We hope that after this journey, we will be even closer, more united, and ready to move forward together."
