At BnK Solution, our mission has always extended beyond technology. While we strive to build meaningful digital solutions for businesses, we also believe deeply in the responsibility that every organization carries toward its community. This belief - that kindness is not merely an action, but a guiding way of life - became the foundation of BKind, an internal charity fund initiated and sustained entirely by BnKers since 2024.

BKind was born from a simple idea: small acts, when united, can create powerful change. What started with voluntary contributions and shared compassion has grown into a continuous journey of supporting children, families, and schools in remote and disadvantaged areas across Vietnam. Today, as BKind marks more than a year of meaningful work, we look back at the first three projects that shaped our path - each reflecting our collective commitment to dignity, opportunity, and hope for those who need it most.

BKind #01 – Clean Water for Kids (Nghệ An)

Delivering safe water and new hope to the highlands of Kỳ Sơn

The BKind journey began in the mountainous district of Kỳ Sơn, Nghệ An, where access to clean water had long been a struggle for Phà Đánh Boarding School. For years, 238 students and teachers faced daily shortages, often hiking down steep slopes to collect water for basic needs.

Despite the hardship, the students’ optimism and the teachers’ unwavering spirit deeply moved our team.

On September 5, 2024, BKind joined the school during the opening ceremony to inaugurate a new clean water supply system, marking the first time safe, accessible water reached the school’s living and learning areas. Alongside the project, we also gifted new red-star uniforms and Mid-Autumn Festival presents, adding joy and confidence to the students’ new school year.

For both BKind and the community, the day represented more than a donation - it was a meaningful step toward a healthier, more hopeful future.

BKind #02 – A Warm Winter for Schoolchildren (Bắc Kạn)

Supporting children after natural disasters and bringing warmth to the Northern mountains

In late 2024, storm Yagi swept through Northern Vietnam, leaving behind a trail of severe damage - collapsed houses, destroyed crops, and communities struggling to recover. In the mountainous areas of Bắc Kạn, the aftermath was particularly challenging, with winter approaching and many children lacking basic necessities to stay warm.

BKind chose Nam Mẫu Primary & Secondary School (TH&THCS Nam Mẫu) as the next destination. The school’s students, many from ethnic minority backgrounds, commute long distances on difficult terrain, often walking several kilometers on muddy, slippery paths. Their classrooms are modest, some temporarily repaired after the storm, and the need for support was urgent.

To support them through the harsh season, BKind delivered warm blankets, floor mats, thermal shirts, socks, and words of encouragement to both students and teachers. These simple items mean far more than comfort - they help protect children's health during harsh winters and ensure they can continue attending school despite difficult weather conditions and limited resources.

BKind #03 – A Shower of Care (Gia Lai)

Improving hygiene and dignity for ethnic minority students in the Central Highlands

Continuing the mission into 2025, BKind expanded its reach to the Central Highlands, where many ethnic minority communities face limited infrastructure and underdeveloped educational environments. At Đê Ar Primary School, located in Mang Yang district, Gia Lai, over 100 boarding students lived in basic dormitories with no proper bathrooms - a gap that affected hygiene, safety, and dignity.

To address this, BKind initiated the construction of five new tiled bathrooms, with separate areas for boys and girls and basic drainage systems.

For these students, a simple shower represents more than cleanliness - it symbolizes respect, safety, and the assurance that they deserve to be cared for.

A Future Built on Kindness

The first year of BKind marks only the beginning of a longer journey. More than a charitable initiative, BKind reflects BnK Solution’s belief in sustainable, people-centered values - where compassion is practiced with intention, and every contribution carries the potential to uplift lives.

Looking ahead, BKind will continue to grow as a platform where kindness is nurtured, shared, and multiplied. Its mission remains grounded in a simple yet powerful idea: when people come together with empathy and purpose, even the smallest effort can create lasting, positive change.
